Sartorial Sounds by Street Etiquette featuring
Jesse Boykins III, Joshua Bennet, Joe Kenneth, Melo-X, Theo Martins, Mara Hruby and Rinaldy Alvarez.
“Joshua Kissi and Travis Grumbs, the dynamic duo behind the fashion blog Street Etiquette, think it’s important to remember that everyone is an artist in their own right and it’s the life experiences we encounter that provoke what we splash on our own blank canvas. With that in mind, 92YTribeca is thrilled to bring their program Sartorial Sounds—a night that blends both music and style—to our Mainstage. Street Etiquette has assembled an incredible lineup of artists that will showcase their individual talents in the realms of spoken word, rapping, singing and tap. Come dressed to impress and stay late so you don’t miss out on any of these featured performers:” All Ages are invited to attend.
See you guys there!

“The creative act is not performed by the artist alone; the spectator brings the work in contact with the external world by deciphering and interpreting its inner qualifications and thus adds his contribution to the creative act.” - Marcel Duchamp

Jesse Boykins III -Come To My Room [Official Music Video]
Posted by Steve-O | Filed under GFCnewyork Music, Music, Video/Film
When I created The Beauty Created I aimed to make music that symbolizes moments of love at every level. It has been 2 years since the task and I feel as if I have made these very moments with all of you. I know the best way to show my appreciation is to continue our connection by making more passionate music. I am truly grateful for every ear that has heard a song from that album, and shared a song with their loved ones. I will continue to insist on romance in every lyric I put melody to. Thank You. Also Thanks to Soul Train & Centric for my award nomination.
